In accordance with The Licensing Act 2003 (England and Wales), anyone who is responsible for the sale of alcohol to the public must be a Personal License Holder.

Upon completion of this CIEH Licensing Law Awareness course the candidate will have an understanding of their legal duties and responsibilites in order to comply with the law. Additionally they will learn the application and legal process when applying for a Personal License.

Examination and certification
Once you have completed your training you will be required to take an online examination to successfully complete the CIEH Licensing Law Awareness online course. This
test consists of
20 questions of which 18 must be answered correctly to
achieve a pass.
Candidates achieving a pass will be able to
immediately print their
CIEH Certificate of Completion.
